Maximum: $200,000 (single) / $275,000 (two eligible veteran spouses)
Down payment: Minimum 5%
Term: 30-year fixed rate
No prepayment penalty
Service fee: $325 appraisal/contract
Can hold one active land loan + one active home loan simultaneously
Land Requirements
- Must be entirely in Texas
- Generally ≥1 net acre
- Must have legal usable road access
- Must be non-commercial zoning
